What is an incompressible flow? How to define incompressible fluid?

Ans: If Ma is less than about 1/3, the flow(not fluid) may be approximated as incompressible.

Whereas, if density of the fluid does not change due pressure and temperature variation then the fluid is called as incompressible fluid.
