What is Reynolds number of water and air?

As shown below, Reynolds number depends on multiple factors and it is not a property of specific fluids. It depends on density of fluid, average and local velocity, diameter of the pipe, viscosity of the fluid etc. Hence it can not be defined as a property of some material like water or air.
