rising temperature of water in a enclosed tank due to sunlight in the summer
Hi , I am new here and I don't have a strong background in mechanics or thermodynamics. I am just starting to explore this field. My problem is that I want to calculate the rising temperature of the liquid (lets just assume water, initial temperature 30℃) inside the tank while exposed to sunlight (with ambient temperature, 36℃) for six hours. I am doing some FE simulaton. However, I want to verify with my simulation results with conventional calculation . Can anyone suggest any approach to solve this problem.
