Hi everybody. I am seeking help regarding a project i've been assigned in my thermodynamics course. The project is: "A cylindrical duct is kept at a constant temperature Ts. The working fluid (air, liquid n-octane) enters at temperature Tin> Ts. Evaluate the distribution of the local heat flux as a function of the position along the duct, taking into account the entry region for two fluid flow rates (laminarĀ andĀ turbulent)." I need to find a practical application where these conditions are met, and from there I need to get all the parameters eventually needed in the project. What i'm struggling with is the research for the data needed. Is there anybody who could help me? Thanks
